Melbourne's latest built to rent (BTR) development, Gladstone Street by Greystar is setting the standard in multi-residential living. Comprised of over 700 apartments across three towers, Embelton were tasked with isolating an entire level of communal areas and ammenities from the apartments below.
A custom concrete floating floor system was developed using NR2 rubber mounts and Embelfoam. This project is due for completion in mid 2024.
