Undoubtedly one of Australia’s most premier addresses that provides world-class city living. Located right within The Rocks overlooking the Sydney Harbour towards the Opera House, this multi-residential emits The Golden Age. The project site, located adjacent to Circular Quay railway station, experiences high levels of vibration. To ensure a peaceful living environment for the residents, our engineering team were required to design a base building isolation solution. Our design, completed in conjunction with structural engineers Rincovitch, required the manufacture of multi plate rubber bearings for vertical, lateral and uplift loads, with compressible void former that minimised installation risk.
