The Eastbourne - Situated on the footstep of Fitzroy Gardens in East Melbourne, this unique development has raised the bar in luxury residential apartment living. Embelton were tasked with multiple jobs in multiple areas. In the function room, we installed an NRD4 Concrete Floating floor system. The Ground floor required supersherflex pads to be installed, the Gym required a lightweight NXS system, and the Penthouse pool required an XDRP spring mounts. Also, the Spa required supershearflex pads to be installed. As swimming pools on an upper level can be a major source of annoyance to occupants of the same building, therefore isolation is required. The lightweight NXS floating floor system is required for the gym to mitigate sound and vibration. The Supershearflex pads are an important requirement for effective isolation of noise and vibration from equipment.
