Shipping Policy

1. General

All orders are shipped from our Coburg, Victoria warehouse.

We offer Australia-wide shipping for a flat rate of $30 (orders under 10 kg).
Orders above 10 kg or requiring palletised freight will be price on application (POA), and our team will contact you with a confirmed freight quote before dispatch.

All shipments are subject to stock availability. If your order is unable to be fulfilled, our team will contact you to confirm the next available dispatch date. 

2. Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days of receiving full payment.
Dispatch times may vary depending on stock location and courier scheduling.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian and national public holidays). We will always strive to keep delays to a minimum.

3. Delivery

Deliveries are made via our trusted courier partners.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days of dispatch.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address. If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one present, access issues, or incorrect address), additional re-delivery fees may apply.

4. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before dispatch.
Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated with the courier.

5. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.
You can choose to:

  • Wait for restock,
  • Receive a partial shipment (where applicable), or
  • Obtain a refund for the unavailable item(s).

6. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the estimated period, please contact our customer service team on 03 9353 4833 or enquiries@embeltonengineering.com 

We will liaise with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Items Damaged in Transit

If you receive goods that appear damaged upon delivery:

  • Please do not sign for or accept the parcel if damage is visible, and request the courier to return it to sender.
  • Alternatively, if damage is discovered after receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, we can process the cancellation and refund in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further information.
