The Fawkner Residences offers a haven for green space, with each luxury apartment featuring views of the surrounding parklands accompanied by sophisticated and timeless interior design. These unique residences are designed to function as a luxuriously appointment home.
Embelton’s team were required to supply a swimming pool isolation system, to prevent the transmission of vibration from the swimming pool structure into the dwellings, disrupting the wellbeing of the residents. Onsite, our team were faced with challenges due to the complex nature of the swimming pool structure.
Whilst on site, the team had to make adjustments to the drawings due to the on site construction conditions and readjusted the design to ensure the XDRP Spring mounts work successfully, and in doing so installed lateral restraint pads.
