Parque Apartments – An upmarket residential development comprising of over 330 luxury apartments and features two iconic glass towers. The towers are connected by a private outdoor area on level 8, featuring a 25m infinity pool.
Embelton were assigned to provide isolation solutions for the rooftop swimming pool and gym. The rooftop swimming pool comprises of a concrete structure suspended on resilient isolation mountings, including XDRP Spring mounts. The gym floor, which is located on level 8, comprises of a concrete floating slab which involve XS spring mounts, steel support channels, acoustic insulation, lateral restraint pads and Embelfoam.
