A 20-storey tower on Collins Street was developed as a landmark building as the last major construction at the Victoria Harbour Precinct in Docklands. Known as Y3, ANZ is the major tenant along with QBE Insurance and the Port of Melbourne Authority as the other major tenants.
Embelton designed, supplied, and installed a concrete floating floor beam and deck system, which incorporated the use of rubber bearings BR1015E doubles. These are designed to achieve high levels of isolation.
